What are your operating hours?
Do you pick up furniture?
We are not currently doing furniture pickups due to truck and staff shortages.
What are the donation policies?

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our team. As we strive to be good stewards of all donated items, we ask that you keep the following in mind:

Thrift Shoppe donations are limited to a total of 10 bags/boxes or a mix per vehicle

Large donations of more than 10 bags/boxes and estate sale donations must be scheduled in advance by emailing us at thrift@pivotal-point.org

Due to limited space, furniture items must be approved before drop-off. Please email pictures to thrift@pivotal-point.org

We are unable to take donations on Bag Sale days.
