“I am passionate about this role and positive that we are bringing the Lord Jesus to each resident as the scripture says, ‘when you have done it to the least of these, you have done it unto Him.’ Our goal is to give each resident a hand up and not a hand-out all the while showing them the importance of allowing the Lord Jesus to walk with them every step of the way.”
Patty’s background is in travel and photography.
“I love that this job gives me a front row seat to the generosity of our community. We get to see first-hand how your giving impacts the lives of real people. My job is to make sure you get to see it too.”
“Being able to walk alongside people as they work toward their goals and rebuild their lives means a lot to me. It never gets old seeing someone step into their apartment as their face lights up. Sometimes it’s the first real hope they’ve felt in a long time after experiencing so much negativity."
Ashley’s background is in social work.
“My journey within the organization—from a university practicum student to my current leadership role—provides me a unique insight into the various aspects of our program and what we offer our residents and the community. I am empowered by the opportunity to foster policies and services that promote hope, healing, upward mobility, and everlasting stability.”
Rita has volunteered with Pivotal Point in many capacities since before it was Pivotal Point.
“I wanted to give a gift to God, and Grace (my church) championed this program to help the homeless, then Hillcrest. I joined as a volunteer team member, and God keeps giving me opportunities to fill needs here.”
Kathy’s background is in music, education, and ministry.

Deb’s background spans five decades in regional and international companies.

David’s background is in quality and business processes across various industries, along with pastoral ministry.
“My journey to Pivotal Point stems from a deep, God-given desire to serve Him and love others. While working through my own grief in support groups, God placed a strong desire in my heart to serve Him and led me to an opportunity to join Pivotal Point in this ministry work.”
Jessica has personal experience with many of the struggles our residents face and is actively pursuing her social work degree.
“God allowed me to experience these things so I can help guide others through the same storms. 2 Corinthians refers to the God of comfort, who comforts us so we can comfort others.”
