Pivotal Point Transitional Housing Program is Christ-centered and assists working individuals or single-parent families in Buchanan County and surrounding areas. We provide rent and utility free, fully furnished, apartments for those facing housing insecurity or homelessness. Our program is a short-term transitional program of 90-days, in which participants must build a savings and pay off debt, with the ultimate goal of obtaining permanent housing. While living in a Pivotal Point apartment, residents sign a written contract to participate in our transitional housing program and agree to follow the stated rules and guidelines.
Because our program is based on full-time employment, it is important that applicants already have a job or offer letter reflecting a start date. The program offers rigorous educational components, focusing on budgeting, life skills, community living, and case management services. Once you have completed the application in its entirety, a case manager will contact you to explain the program, your eligibility, and the next steps in the interview process.
