When you volunteer as an apartment advocate at Pivotal Point Transitional Housing, you make a home out of the residence for a family placed under your care. An apartment advocate is a one-year commitment, in which you clean and furnish the apartment, then care for the family that moves into it, celebrating birthdays and holidays with them and then celebrating their graduation from the program.
